The location is brilliant, just two minutess walk to Edinburgh’s most famous old inn, The “Canny Mans” where a step back in history is assured along with wonderful food.

The City Centre is just a five to ten minutes bus ride or 25 minute walk.

• Large double or twin bedded room (beds are zip and link so form a Huge Super King or two singles) with sofa and lots of mirrored wardrobes. This room can easily accept a cot or child’s bed.
• 2nd double/twin bed room.
• Lovely large lounge with double sofa bed second sofa and dining table plus TV etc.
• Small but perfectly formed kitchen with all usual appliances including washing machine
• Gas Central Heating.
• Free on street parking right outside.
